1. Return Window – 14-Day Return for Any Reason
You may return most items for any reason within 14 days of the date you receive your order (the “Return Period”).

- Proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt) is required.

2. Return Shipping

3. Refunds

- We will gladly assist you with all factory/manufacturer warranty claims.

- We will guide you through the warranty process, coordinate with the manufacturer if needed, and help facilitate repairs, replacements, or other remedies under the applicable warranty terms.
Warranty coverage is provided directly by the product manufacturer (details usually included with the product or on their website). We do not offer our own extended warranties unless explicitly stated.
6. Exchanges
If you prefer an exchange instead of a refund (e.g., wrong size/color), contact us within the 14-day period. Availability is subject to stock. We will provide instructions for the exchange process.
7. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are generally non-returnable (except in cases of defect/damage/incorrect item):
- Final sale/clearance items
- Gift cards or digital products (if applicable)
